The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. It is within walking distance to the pedestrian street and next to a modern Mosque in the Heping district. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge. the bathroom is clean and well-stocked with towels, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. the hotel staff is attentive and helpful, especially the Operation Manager, Annie, who provided valuable tips and assistance in Chinese. the breakfast offers a variety of Chinese and international options, including noodles, steam buns, fried rice, pastries, cereals.
The hotel lobby is quite small and merges with the restaurant, which can make it feel crowded during peak times.

Location - walkable distance to Binjiang shopping district. Room is relatively clean and spacious. Toiletries abundant. Staff is attentive to requests on extra quilt and pillows.
One of the rooms' windows cannot be opened and it tends to be stuffy.

The location was perfect. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Great facilities. Nearby shopping and tourist areas.

The staffs are not friendly at all, especially when we were having breakfast in the morning. Bad service quality! We will never go back to the hotel again!

Apartment is wonderful, and so is the location.
For a very expensive hotel/serviced apartment, I expected to have wifi and at least a basic tourist map. I was on business trip, and had emailed beforehand asking if there would be internet in the rooms as its crucial to my work. No one had answered and as it turned out, Wifi was only available in the lobby. I did not like having to sit there until 11am doing my work.

I had a fantastic stay here, with clean and comfortable facilities that were great value for money. The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and pedestrian street, making it easy to explore this vibrant city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
